Residential Valuation
This is a clear and concise report on the value of a property. Ideal if you are buying a property with or without a mortgage, or if you require advice on residential properties for any purpose (e.g. probate or divorce). This report gives you a ‘Market Value’ with a brief summary of condition.
Level 1 Condition Report
A Level 1 report is for conventional and newer properties which assess the condition of key parts of a property with a traffic rating system.
Level 2 (HomeBuyers) Survey
A Level 2 report is a survey outlining the condition of the property on the day of inspection. The report covers information about the property, condition and matters for your conveyancer. Suitable for most traditionally constructed houses, bungalows or apartments. It will also tell you about the condition of any garages or outbuildings. The report utilises coloured repair categories to highlight the urgency of repairs.
Level 2 (HomeBuyers) Survey & Valuation
A home purchasers most popular type of report. It will help you make an informed decision on how to proceed. Suitable for most traditionally constructed houses, bungalows or apartments. It will tell you about the condition of the property and any garages or outbuildings. The valuation will tell you if the price you are paying is reasonable. A thorough visual inspection by one of our experienced RICS qualified surveyors. Provide a ‘Market Valuation’ of the property as at the date of inspection as well as an insurance reinstatement figure, which is often required by your building’s insurers. The report utilises coloured repair categories to highlight the urgency of repairs.
